Please include your order number. It is in the receipt Stripe emailed you and at the bottom of every page of the reader.

What we can help with

You paid but cannot open the book.
The reader says your book is open on another device.
You lost your reading link.
You want your data deleted.
Anything about the book itself.

If you cannot access something you paid for, email us first. We will fix it faster than a bank dispute can, and a dispute cannot restore your access.
