Delivery

This is a digital product. There is nothing to ship.

Access is granted immediately after payment, normally within 10 seconds.
You are taken straight into the reader. Your link is also sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Access does not expire.
Readable on up to five of your own devices, one at a time.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because access to the full book is granted instantly and in full at the moment of payment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

This is stated clearly before you pay, on the page where you buy.

If something goes wrong

That is different, and we will fix it. If you paid and cannot reach the book, or the reader will not open for you, email us before doing anything else at kalyanchart@gmail.com with your order number. We will restore your access, or refund you if we cannot.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and you will never be charged again.

Returns

A digital reading licence cannot be returned.
