My sign-in email never came

Check your spam/junk folder first: the sender is support@matkamatrix.com, and the first message to a new address often lands there. Mark it “Not spam” once and future links reach your inbox. Nothing after 2 minutes? Open a ticket below and we will sign you in by hand.

How do I cancel?

No ticket needed: it is one button on your account page. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

I want a refund

The book and a first annual payment: a full refund within 14 days, no reason needed. Open a "Payment or refund" ticket below; we action it within 2 working days.

The book will not open, or is slow

The reader sends each page at ~50 KB, fine on weak 4G. Flipping extremely fast can trigger a pause of a few seconds that clears itself. Still stuck? Open a ticket.
